ABOUT | Start with the body and use movement, including yoga and hiking, to push ourselves physically and mentally. This will act as a catalyst to access the deeper realms of intuition, spirit and connection with nature. Using meditation, breath work, acupuncture, acutonics and a Mayan Temazcal (sweat lodge), you will learn how to access your intuition consistently, turning it into a powerful tool you can use in your daily life.

THE YOGA | Ignite your inner fire every morning with Power Vinyasa while you restore and reboot with an evening slow flow/yin class with guided relaxation.

Lisa is an entrepreneur, activist, acupuncturist and plant-spirit herbalist. A gentle human who
enjoys juicing her backyard weeds, dancing with her bees, exploring wide open spaces and
hugging old trees with her family.

Liz Suchinda is a yoga instructor, yoga educator, facilitator of teacher trainings & yoga retreats, travel devotee, adventure seeker, and puppy cuddle-er. I am committed to Connection, Empowered Expression, and Transformation: for myself, for others, and for the world! 

*** NOTE:  Please make your flight arrangements to Puerto Vallarta (airport code: PVR). Note that the first and last days of the retreat are the travel days. Please book your flight to arrive between 11-5 pm on the arrival day and to depart between 11-5 pm on the departure day. Airport transfer to and from is included in the cost of the retreat provided that your arrival and departure are within the designated time frames.

Final Payment is due December 1st!  Book with your non-refundable $800 deposit to reserve your spot.  No cancellations within 90 days of retreat as costs are already incurred and contracts must be honored with retreat centers, shuttles, and excursions.
