NOTE FROM RETREAT CENTER OWNER | Years ago I asked myself, Could all the basic principles of the yogic understanding of life materialize into a place where all aspects of the transformation process, on all levels of our being, can take place in the simplicity, beauty, peace and depth of a natural, open, healing and safe space, where the breath of life can permeate every minute of our stay and our encounter with truth? Could the eightfold path of yoga be followed naturally in an environment which in itself seems to be suspended in a state of meditation? That was the question. Could I communicate this without words to others so that we could all heal together and become whole? That was the challenge. SAYULITA, MEXICO | For a taste of Mexico, head into the traditional Mexican town of Sayulita and spend the day browsing the shops and strolling around while taking in all the sights and sounds of this beachside surf and vacation enclave. Its tiny towns offer one of a kind shopping for art and textiles. The beautiful town of Sayulita is a mixing pot of local artists, restaurants, farmers and tourists from all over the world.
THE KITCHEN | Drawing upon Mexican heritage, your dining experience will also feature an internationally influenced menu. A menu choice is rarely ever repeated, and focuses on fresh, local organic ingredients. The food is simply delicious and breakfast offers an option to observe silence, nurturing your body with high reverence.

Liz Suchinda, 500 E-RYT is a yoga instructor, yoga educator, facilitator of teacher trainings & yoga retreats, travel devotee, adventure seeker, and puppy cuddle-er. She is committed to Connection, Empowered Expression, and Transformation.
Brooke Mastalir is a Certified Life Coach, Occupational Therapist, and is passionate about empowering YOU to live life with intention. You can find her traveling the world, spending time with family, friends, and her beloved dog Stella!
** NOTES: Please make your flight arrangements to Puerto Vallarta Airport (airport code: PVR). Note that the first and last days of the retreat are the travel days. Please book your flight to arrive between 11-5 pm on the arrival day and to depart between 11-5 pm on the departure day. Additional cost may incur when traveling outside the designated shuttle times.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?
The retreat center is happy to accommodate. You will be asked to fill in any food allergies or requests with your registration form!
WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE? CANCELLATION POLICY
Remainder of payment is due March 20th, 2024! This means when you arrive most of your trip is paid for making your trip easy.

HOW RUSTIC IS THE RETREAT CENTER?
The beach and location is absolutely amazing! The accommodations are open air casitas with oil lamps for evening ambiance. It is the best way to vibe with Mother nature yet extremely luxurious!
You will have a short hike to common areas (dining, yoga, pool, etc.) from your casita where you will be pampered! You will love it!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Once registered, I will send you a link to guest information from Haramara with everything you need to know! Don't worry, I will be with you every step of the way.
DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL ACTIVITIES?
This is your retreat and though I encourage you to participate in the activities offered, it is completely up to you!
