9AM Monday Slow Flow Yoga
This class is wonderful for new students or anyone looking for a more gentle experience. You will be guided through postures in a slow vinyasa style setting. Props are encouraged allowing the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. Accessible class for students with injuries or limitations as well.
