I am a professional life coach, yoga instructor, yoga educator, facilitator of teacher trainings & yoga retreats, travel devotee, adventure seeker, and puppy cuddle-er. I am committed to Connection, Empowered Expression, and Transformation: for myself, for others, and for the world!

In my Vinyasa classes, you can expect intelligent sequencing with an invitation to build strength in mind and body. In my Gentle classes, you can expect a slow and deliberate flow welcoming ease and breath.
