Could the eightfold path of yoga be followed naturally in an environment which in itself seems to be suspended in a state of meditation? Its tiny towns offer one of a kind shopping for art and textiles. The beautiful town of Sayulita is a mixing pot of local artists, restaurants, farmers and tourists from all over the world.

THE KITCHEN | Drawing upon Mexican heritage, your dining experience will also feature an internationally influenced menu. A menu choice is rarely ever repeated, and focuses on fresh, local organic ingredients. Brooke Mastalir is a Certified Life Coach, Occupational Therapist, and is passionate about empowering YOU to live life with intention.  You can find her traveling the world, spending time with family, friends, and her beloved dog Stella!
