We will start with the body and use movement, including yoga and hiking, to push
ourselves physically and mentally. This will act as a catalyst to access the
deeper realms of intuition, spirit and connection with nature.
Using meditation, breath work, acupuncture, acutonics and a Mayan Temazcal
(sweat lodge), you will learn how to access your intuition consistently, turning it into a powerful
tool you can use in your daily life.
